1. Leisure Farm Residents Committee Meeting Minutes

2. Third Entrance No new developments on this subject
Rumours have been heard. Some discussion was had on this but it culminated in the fact that rumours are inevitable.
It was raised that the wording of the previous minutes could provide misrepresentation. It should be noted that only the members of the committee were in full agreement with the entrance being beneficial and necessary. Some absent members do not fully agree with the statement and wanted to make that clear to the residents.

3. Stables
Contract still under negotiation between Leisure Farm and Dr. Edwin. As such the new management of the stables will not start renovations until an agreement has been reached.
It is understood that the works to be carried out by Leisure Farm were delayed due to the festive season.
Robert Marek agreed to install a sign to outline the renovations to the stables. This was not done. Follow up to be made.

4. Town Hall Meeting (Cancelled)
Much discussion was given to the planned Town Hall Meeting.
Due to an urgent meeting Winson Cheow was unable to make the meeting at short notice so the Committee took the opinion that it was not in the best interest of the community to go ahead without him. It has been postponed until further notice hence the discussions on this subject being omitted from the minutes.

5. Contractors Driving Standards
It was raised that the standard of driving by some contractors showed little regard for other road users.
The committee was advised that driving standards are enforced by security.
Moktar Singh was requested to advise the committee of enforcement actions by regular update to allow us to track any trends that might be apparent.

6. Other Topics
Committee Meetings are to fall on the first Saturday of every month at 11:00am (unless otherwise agreed).
Due to the Rotary Club event and the number of committee members included in this event the next meeting is planned for 11th March 2017.
