Motic VM Scanning Methodology
1. High Precision Auto –Focus every Image , high quality 2. Standard : Build Scanning model , good quality with faster scanning speeds 3. ROI(Region of Interest): Scan whole slide with low magnification(2x or 4x) first, then scan ROI with higher magnification . Small Digital slide Size(<10M), useful and convenient for pathology or educational applications (Motic only feature) 4.Multilayer Focus: Multilayer focus and amalgamation each tiled image . Very high quality ,especially for thick glass slide (but may be too slow for most applications)
