5. Senior Year: When You’re Ready to Apply
Senior Year: When You’re Ready to Apply.. 4 YEAR, 2 YEAR, OR TECHNICAL COLLEGE
COLLEGE APPLICATION - the easiest way to apply to a school is through their website.
APPLICATION FEE - this can be paid online with a credit card or a check (fee waiver)
TRANSCRIPT – visit to electronically transmit your transcript. Username is student network username - Example: thomjen04 Password is 6 digit numerical student ID - Example:
ACT/SAT SCORES – You send your scores - (ACT) or (SAT) **MFHS does not send test scores.
COMPASS ACT OR Accuplacer - required for Technical College.
APPLICANT STATEMENT – Part of 2 year or 4 year app. Not required for Tech College.
LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION – optional but highly encouraged. Required for UW Madison. Not needed for Tech College. Ask teacher and give them your resume.
** You can submit your application to most 4 year colleges on or before September 15th. Technical Waukesha County Technical College is October 1st.

6. MILITARY EMPLOYMENT APPRENTICESHIPS
Military Reps from all branches are often at lunch weekly to answer questions. Set up a meeting or visit local branch office
ASVAB test – November 17th – 1st – 4th hours FREE
