He was born in The Bronx, New York City on May 11, 1989 to parents from the Dominican Republic. He started singing in elementary school and felt really comfortable on stage. He sings in two languages, English and Spanish.

Selena Gomez is an actress and singer. She was born on July 22, 1992 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Her father is of Mexican descent. She started her career acting in the tv series Barney & Friends when she was 9 years old. In 2010 she released her own line of clothing with Kmart stores. She has been a UNICEF ambassador since she was 17.

  César Chávez was born on March 31, 1927 in Yuma, Arizona.  He died on April 23,   César Chávez was a Mexican American labor leader and civil rights activist. He co-founded the National Farm Workers Association.  He wanted to help the migrant farm workers that were working under bad conditions. He was successful in getting better conditions for the workers.
