Shanghai #2(4/F) Shanghai # 1 and Shanghai # 2 must be same IP address range. Customer must provided provided inhouse cable connection. All PRC Users will access the Google Apps & ERP server in Shanghai through customer HK Office and DYXnet MPLS connection. Customer must perform the NAT mapping to map the Data Server to HK IP address in customer Internet Router. For customers signed the SLA (Service Level Agreement), they’ll find a “SLA Data” section after logging in to the customer portal site. The data shown here are SLA commitments and the actual result of the past six months.
