4-H’ers are more likely to: Achieve higher grades in school Attend College Contribute to communities 4-H’ers are less likely to: Participate in “risky” behaviors Drop out of school

Why does it matter? In the past 10 years, Habersham County has had 27 graduating seniors. Out of those 27, only 2 seniors had not participated in recent summer activities Students who ultimately left 4-H had stopped attending summer activities
