Launched in May 2015 with a funding support of $500 million, CLAP for JC aims to help students and non-engaged youth plan their futures by adopting an expanded notion of work and innovative cross-sectorial collaborating model. Cross-sectorial Collaboration The first pioneer project in HK providing career and life planning services for both students and out-of-school non-engaged youths through School and Community Collaboration “Out-of-School” Youth by 5 District Services Teams S.4-S.6 Students of 50 network schools & over 180 affiliated schools School-based Team Special need students of 10 network schools Non-Chinese Speaking, Special Education Needs, Low-motivated, New Arrivals and Cross-boundaries Student Collaboration in providing tailor-made and one-stop CLP services © HKJC Charities & Community.
