- recognised as the industry standard and an essential tool for planned maintenance
- provides a benchmark for optimum maintenance to avoid over or under maintaining your assets and ensures compliance
- task timings enable productivity rates to be used for contract pricing
- 10% Subscription discount for LUPC or BIFM Members

- to scope out the elements for the framework for Minor Works and Fabric Maintenance , members will need to provide their own specification for minor works/fabric maintenance based on their individual requirements

- Running the further competition and compiling documentation (Member input still required)

offering as much or as little support as Members require
* price depends on complexity of Member requirements and is quoted on case by case basis

12. GENERAL GUIDANCE - LUPC EMMW FRAMEWORK
Procurement Pipeline
- Provide info ref. potential further competition dates to LUPC
Allow sufficient time for tenderers to put together a proposal
- give suppliers a “heads up” where possible
- minimum of 4 weeks tender response
- see Model Procurement Programme in your delegate pack for a Summer Works Project
Ensure that the LUPC framework is referenced in further competitions documents in order to get maximum framework benefits
Please advise LUPC once a contract has been awarded under, or if you plan to use, the framework
