NSLW Draws attention to the National School Lunch Program using a fun theme that changes every year Established by President John F. Kennedy in 1962 NSLW provides the opportunity to highlight the important, positive role of school lunch nationwide

Visit the cafeteria and have lunch with their child Encourage healthy eating and an active lifestyle at home for themselves and their child (actions speak louder than words!) Discuss the benefits of eating a well-balanced lunch Learn more about school lunch by visiting the NSLW website
