21 Please comment on your overall educational experiences at Texas A&M and the Department of Agricultural Economics - please include areas you feel were important and those that might be improved. I appreciated (in the long term) the classes that were really really particular about building fundamental blocks and making sure we understood them REALLY WELL because it helped me in the later classes where I needed those building blocks. The department of AGEC has provided me with the tools I need to start my career and prepared me for the real world. My time here has been extremely beneficial to me growing and learning as a person. I have learned that I can do things that I never though possible. Thank you! I really enjoyed my time and education through the Department of Agricultural Economics. I felt welcomed and cared for by the faculty and especially the advisers. I personally would not change a thing My experience in the agricultural economics department was one of the best of my life so far. Such a supportive environment with great people and mentors when you need it. The program itself is amazing and provides students with what they need to move forward in life. I really cannot even put into words the time that I have spent here for four years and the things that I have learned. I guess if I was to sum it all up I would say, "I learned more about becoming a man for my future wife and family, time management, unbreakable friendships and even more than that, I learned how to respect others." I will never forget the time and memories that I spent here. Thank you guys so much! I will always love the time I spent here, I cannot thank you guys enough. I completely transformed as a person intellectually, and emotionally attending Texas A&M. My overall educational experience was extremely good. The classes were good and I enjoyed them and the material being taught. I preferred my classes in AGEC over my classes in other departments because most of the teachers seemed to care more about the students. This is the best department in terms of its design and it's growth in opportunity. Each teacher or department member is willing to go above and beyond in terms of student personal growth. It has given me all of the information and skill sets needed to prepare me for the future. I wouldn't want to go to any other school nor would I choose a different department. Overall, I loved my time here at Texas A&M. This department is amazing and help is readily available when needed. Ya'll are doing a great job. The professors in the AGEC Department are amazing. Whatever the department is doing to get and keep professors keep doing that. People like these men have impacted my life for the better and I'm sure they have positive impacts on other students as well.

22 Please comment on your overall educational experiences at Texas A&M and the Department of Agricultural Economics - please include areas you feel were important and those that might be improved. I love this university and I love this department. I don't have many ways to improve because I can't really remember a time when I felt like it needed improvement. The important was the small, family, close-knitted environment in the department. It was always a great feeling being able to walk into the undergrad office and people knowing my name. It's also great to know you can always go to a professor and sit and talk to them. I've definitely appreciated my last year, and my last semester has been the most rewarding. The best part about our department is the staff. Nearly every professor that I took a course from was extremely helpful and passionate about what they were teaching. Please continue to hire the best and do everything possible to retain the best. I can't imagining having a better educational experience. Thanks to all of you who have made this journey great! I will never forget the experiences I have had at this department and this institution. The friends and colleagues I have had the opportunity to gain only reinforces the Aggie tradition and the Department of Ag Economic's efficiency in creating a friendly, opportunistic, and growing environment with a bright future. I have enjoyed my time here at A&M and mostly in the department of Agriculture Economics. Without this department, I would not have found the Financial Planning minor with enough time to complete it. I feel very fortunate to be graduating from this department. I will cherish the connections I have made with my fellow classmates and professors. Thanks for all you have done! I love how the Ag department is very hands on with their students and really tried to connect with their students compared to other departments. Continue to bring in speakers from the "outside world" and really work to continue to keep the hands on experience with the students. I really enjoyed how the Ag department is more traditional in many ways, please try and keep it that way. There were a few times I could not understand professors due to language barriers so please keep that under consideration but it is a lot better than other departments across the school. Overall I am very glad I choose to go with AG econ and think it prepared me for the "real- world" better than other majors/ departements
