Introduction The IR Office surveyed 2014 graduates through Survey Monkey from July to November, 2014. Surveys were sent out through valid student s to 440 recipients A total of 17 reminder s have been sent out, and

Transferring to Another Institution 63% of student responders advised they did not have any difficulty transferring credits to another institution. 8% advised they did have difficulty.

Why do you feel it was difficult transferring credits to another institution?
Registrar's Office forgot to send transcripts. Some of the courses didn't transfer into anything. A restricted number of credits was accepted but not at Chamberlain. Not all of my credits were transferred correctly at first. Some credits did not transfer due to compatibility. They didn't accept all of my math credits.

Continued Admissions Services 38% of responders were Very Satisfied with Admission Services. In a three-year comparison Not At All Satisfied fluctuated between 14-22%, with a 3% improvement from last year.

Continued Bookstore Services For the last two years, 51% of responders were Very Satisfied with Bookstore Services. This is an 8% increase from the 2012 results. During the same time period, the Not At All Satisfied numbers showed a 2% improvement from 2012.

Continued Business Services In a three-year comparison, the number of responders indicating they were Very Satisfied with Business Services has remained relatively consistent at 48-49%. Not At All Satisfied fluctuated between 5-9%.

Continued Campus Security In a three-year comparison, the number of responders indicating they were Very Satisfied with Campus Security has steadily risen to 52%, up 10% from 2012. Not at All Satisfied responders remained relatively the same at 4-5%

Continued Computer Labs The number of responders who were Very Satisfied with the Computer Labs was 58%, down 5% from 2013. The number of responders Not at All Satisfied, fluctuated between 2-5%.

Continued Overall Quality of Faculty Instruction 46% of responders were Very Satisfied, a 14% decrease from 2013. The number of responders Not at All Satisfied was significantly low at 3%, which is a 2% improvement from the numbers.

Continued Registration Services 39% of responders were Very Satisfied, a 6% decrease from 2013. 21% of responders were Not at All Satisfied, which is a 10% increase from 2012.
