Use the dept assignment form
Show how to get the template – will provide all data entry fields only, do not need read only fields
Use excel file saved in temp folder

23. Dynamic Filter Procedures
User FASTSTU.SYNTERM_CODES as an example, limit to where last digit is 5 order desc, concatenate term code and term desc as text

Show them this new report, explain how the Maintained By works, at some point would like this to be a security group, but for now this is a good solution
