6 ASMC 2016 Survey 14th year of gauging opinions of trends, challenges and prospects in financial management. The Defense financial management community includes individuals from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the five armed services, combatant commands, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and field operations.
