Looking for a job at a state employment agency and the internet were two most popular answers.

Not surprisingly positive characteristics are needed to be a good employer.

90 % of respondents agree a good employee needs to be communicating with others, have a positive attitude and know how to work with others.

A little under 80 % answered that the state regulates the labour market.

The majority of people that were asked answered that the state institution protects the legal rights of employees.

60 % answered yes and the other 40% did not know.

The majority agree that if you are late to work you will only get a warning.

That the company is a bad employer, that is why people go elsewhere and the fluctuation of employees is high.

Age and Gender? The majority of students that filled in the questionnaire were female. 40% of the respondents were in the age group
