AutoDCR reads data from CAD drawing, establishes relationship between various entities, Impose specific proposal conditions, geometrically maps each & every entity by corresponding with complex & interlinked rules. Analysis is done as per development control regulations by AutoDCR. Tables and report are saved with drawing. This helps in accuracy in area calculations & reduction in the Authority’s effort for drawing and calculations.

After document scrutiny, the date of site visit is notified to the concerned officer and architect via system generated SMS. BI is given a PDA device to assist him in making the visit report. The device is provided with the Standard Questionnaire regarding the site conditions and also has facility to save the site photographs. The PDA device when synchronized with the proposal will fill the data automatically to the system and also the site photographs will be attached to the proposal.
