SN Fabrications limited are based in Herne Bay. We have been trading since 2005 and have over 25 years of experience in all types of fabrication and welding projects: using mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized and primed steel we offer very competitive rates on any type of steel fabrication work.
SN Fabrications are available throughout the UK including: Kent, London, Canterbury, and Thanet
The mainstay of work we undertake is local to Herne bay, however we work further afield staying within close proximity to each project. We travel to: London, Kent, Essex, Sussex, Thanet, Medway, Canterbury, Margate, Dover, folkstone, and many more locations.
We’re fully insured and have NVQ level 2 in welding and fabrication PASMA, PAL and CSCS cards
We fabricate supply and install flat plates, Pfc's ub's uc's shs’s structural steel sections for commercial properties such as: portal framed buildings, Barns/sheds, mezzanine floors, Fire escapes, lift shaft steels, Trimmer beams for floor openings, staircases and escalators.
We also fabricate, supply and install domestic products such as furniture and balustrades
We can also cater for the domestic market fabricating: Gates railings, Juliet balconies, balastraiding, structural steels for loft conversions and extensions, Staircases, Metal bed frames and garden furniture. We also offer a site welding and installation service.

3. Commercial Welding and On Site Fabrication
All types of welding can be undertaken in our workshops or on site.
These include: Arc, Tig, Mig etc. The materials we use include stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. All types of site fabrication can be undertaken. Welding / Fabrication.
We are specialist steel fabricators and welders operating throughout kent. We also provide on-site metalwork fabrication, welding and fitting service for a wide variety of requirements - sawing, drilling, plating, welding, painting.
Although equally comfortable undertaking on site fabrication. Most of our fabrication is done at our workshops by skilled, experienced and qualified operatives after which is ready to be supplied and delivered only or taken to site to be erected by ourselves.

4. Erecting Internal Staircases Fire Escapes
Any structure can be erected, with a safety conscious and professional approach. We use cranes and all access equipment to lift the structure into place and sky lifts to reach all areas, so no project is too big or small.
Internal Staircases
All our stairs are individually built to your specification and are fully erected in our workshop prior to delivery. We work with a range of materials including stainless steel, mild steel and can incorporate wood and glass according to our clients specification to enhance our bespoke staircases. Any internal staircases can be designed and built to your requirements and from a wide range of materials. For example stainless steel / mild steel, glass, timber, which are fabricated and installed byour engineers.
Fire Escapes
Built to conform to all building regulations. They can be:
- galvanised and painted
- shot blasted and primed
Any size of fire escape can be undertaken to suit your needs.

These can be made to measure and designed to any requirements.
You can either fit them yourself or have our specialised engineers come to fit them for you.
