2. About Connected
Funded by the Department for the Economy, Connected is a knowledge transfer project designed to connect industry with expertise available in Further and Higher Education in Northern Ireland. Through Connected the Further and Higher Education sectors can offer expertise, knowledge, research capability and world-class facilities to businesses for the benefit of Northern Ireland companies and Northern Ireland’s economy.

For many businesses and organisations who wish to collaborate with a university or college, the challenge can often be to understand what exactly is available and to identify the relevant expertise.
