Tear Down & Benchmarking Centre Highlights Conduction of benchmark studies, study cost effective designs, understand the different manufacturing processes, engineering materials used, “Should Cost” techniques, “Value Engineering” and frugal design. This also helps galvanize the philosophy of exploring ideas for innovative products keeping product value in sight. Advanced Manufacturing Centre Highlights This center is equipped with different relevant industrial robots, CNC milling machine, 3D printers, Laser cutting machine etc. This center will help students not only to understand different manufacturing processes, but also will be utilized as a prototyping lab to support projects. MES/Internet of Thing (IOT) Centre Highlights This Center is focus on global trends in the manufacturing / production area of the value chain through wide range of MES, Automation & Digital Manufacturing solutions & services. This center is loaded with the important Shop floor devices and equipment which include sensors and signal simulators, barcode & RFID technologies, Andon, Kanban boards, OPC layer for device connectivity, PLC and Controllers, Simulators, PLC Programming tools, SCADA and HMI software and hardware. With that it also provides access to IoT Kits and hardware which will expand the experience of students.
