THE BMP FRAMEWORK THE 4 Ps OF THE BMP
If you can’t memorize the previous definition, don’t worry. We provide this framework as a way to explain the BMP while hitting on the most critical parts of it’s makeup. What you are looking at here is the first part of the BMP framework – The four Ps They are philosophy, people, process and programming Introduced in 2010 the BMP framework helps our chapters better understand and implement the Balanced Man Program. Each area of the BMP can fit into one of these buckets. PHILOSOPHY PEOPLE PROCESS PROGRAMMING

“WHEREAS All SigEp chapters should be united under one development model that unmistakably represents SigEp’s values and commitment to its undergraduate brothers, positions SigEp as a valued partner in higher education, and ensures our fraternity remains the leader and innovator of the Greek community; and WHEREAS SigEp’s one development model should be the Balanced Man Program; and WHEREAS This resolution is sponsored by 139 chapters and fully supported by all District Governors, National Directors, and Past Grand Presidents; now, therefore be it RESOLVED That all SigEp chapters that have not already done so, adopt the BMP by December 31, 2015 through a vote of their membership, with the expectation to begin the implementation process after adoption; and be it…………… FURTHER RESOLVED That the National Board and Headquarters Staff develop an online platform to support the efficient and effective implementation of the BMP by the 2017 Grand Chapter Conclave, ensuring that the BMP remain in perpetuity the most relevant and valuable experience provided to undergraduate men on college campuses….”

Scroll and select “Sigma Challenge Template.” Clone and rename the challenge. Then select your newly created challenge and make the following edits… Change the minimum amount of optional SigEp and Intellectual activities from 2 to 4. Once edits are completed hit SAVE
