“WHEREAS
All SigEp chapters should be united under one development model that unmistakably represents SigEp’s values and commitment to its undergraduate brothers, positions SigEp as a valued partner in higher education, and ensures our fraternity remains the leader and innovator of the Greek community; and
WHEREAS
SigEp’s one development model should be the Balanced Man Program; and
WHEREAS This resolution is sponsored by 139 chapters and fully supported by all District Governors, National Directors, and Past Grand Presidents; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED
That all SigEp chapters that have not already done so, adopt the BMP by December 31, 2015 through a vote of their membership, with the expectation to begin the implementation process after adoption; and be it……………
FURTHER RESOLVED
That the National Board and Headquarters Staff develop an online platform to support the efficient and effective implementation of the BMP by the 2017 Grand Chapter Conclave, ensuring that the BMP remain in perpetuity the most relevant and valuable experience provided to undergraduate men on college campuses….”
