Coordinate with CSU Business Affairs department on Alumni Association expenses Keep record of all Alumni Association expenses

15 VP of Networking Develop networking opportunities for CSU alumni
Work with VP of Communications to promote networking opportunities Assist President-Elect with increasing involvement in annual Alumni Association meeting

16 VP of Meetings Encourage participation in all CSU Alumni Association meetings Organize agenda and speaker for quarterly conference calls Prepare bio for all Alumni Association meeting speakers Coordinate with President to post meeting details on the CSU Click InCircle community

17 Secretary Take minutes for all Alumni Association meetings
Coordinate with VP of Meetings to assist with Alumni Association meeting planning Complete other administrative Alumni Association duties as assigned by the President

18 Military Liaison Increase involvement of CSU military alumni
Coordinate with VP of Networking to develop military networking events for CSU alumni

19 Student Liaison Encourage CSU students to remain actively involved after graduation Act as a resource to CSU students who have questions/concerns regarding CSU
