Directions We are going on a tour of our beautiful state. On the next slide you will find a map of West Virginia. Click on the blue labels to visit some famous land marks that are found around the state. 2. Click on the to learn more about the place. 3. Click on the to return to the map. 4. After exploring at least 5 places, select your 3 favorites. 5. Pretend that you are actually visiting the 3 places you selected and are sending a friend a post card about what you’ve learned. Use information from the websites in your writing. Each of your descriptions should be 3 to 5 sentences long and written in your own words. 6. Be sure and do your best work because we will be voting on the best writings to be sent as e-post cards to our partner schools around the country. They will be sending cards to us so we can learn more about their states.
