Attendees will group into project teams (just like at STS) Instead of engineering, will conduct project management Develop two-year project plan for their project/board/committee Spans July 2017 – July 2019 Plan to be adjusted/refined at 2018 SPMM; new plan developed at 2019 SPMM Includes budget, work milestones, team membership, publicity/marketing, outreach, etc.
