2 ALREADY DONE Informing local and regional authorities about the TRAIL project Informing Primary and Secondary Schools of Thessaly about TRAIL project and more specifically about the Surveys. Informing Regional Associations of Parents and achieve cooperation in finding families that will be involved in the program. Updating KEDY Thessaly (Diagnostic and Supportive Institutions for children with special needs) about the survey and the rest of outputs and achieve cooperation for provision of auxiliary material.

3 ALREADY DONE Updating the Centre of Mental Health in Thessaly and achieving cooperation for engagement of a professional psychologist in the mobile autism support group for the program. Informing the Regional University Hospital-Reaching Cooperation and engagement of a professional nurse and health visitor in the mobile unit for supporting teenagers with autism. Informing the managers of region authority of Thessaly and reaching cooperation about creation of Greek Mobility Team.

15 Implementation plan of the intellectual output O7
Within the framework of the implementation of the intellectual output 07, the Regional Directorate for Primary & Secondary Education of Thessaly, which participates as a partner in the european program Erasmus+ “Trail”, and the Region of Thessaly have worked jointly, with a view to developing a mobile support unit for autistic people. Τhe cooperation of the Regional Director for Education, Mrs. Anastasopoulou, with the Regional Director of Thessaly, Mr. Agorastos, as well as the one between the work groups of the two organizations has led to an agreement on the following points:

1. The development of a mobile unit for autistic people which will render their access to independent life feasible. 2. The possible consolidation of the mobile unit after the completion of the project. 3. The Region of Thessaly will ensure the car transport of the mobile unit. 4. The Region of Thessaly will cover the travel expenses (petrol, tolls, etc.) of the mobile unit. 5. Provision of two staff members by the Region of Thessaly (a social worker and a nurse respectively) who will man the mobile unit.

6. The availability of a special needs teacher, who belongs to the Regional Directorate for Primary & Secondary Education of Thessaly, so that he/she can join the support unit. 7. The participation of a psychologist, who belongs to the Regional Directorate for Primary & Secondary Education of Thessaly, or a neurologist, employed in the Mental Health Centre of the University Hospital of Thessaly, in the four member committee of the mobile unit which will contribute to the support of autistic people at home. 8. The selection and use of appropriate tools by the scientific team of the mobile unit regarding the evaluation of autistic people.

9. The recording of observations and conclusions on the part of the scientific team, so that the goals set in the context of the TRAIL project can be served. 10. The work groups΄ joint collaboration upon the TM3 completion in Barcelona, so that the application of the instructions and the conclusions drawn, as well as the development of the mobile support unit for autistic people can be effected.
