Mission - “Supporting America’s communities with emergency response, diverse aviation and ground service, youth development and promotion of air and space power.” Vision - “The nation’s finest citizens serving our communities with integrity, service, excellence and respect.” Branding is the image that comes to mind when people think of Civil Air Patrol… and everything associated with CAP, from the name, to the publications, to the way we conduct business brands the organization. Motivation Why motivate your people? All people have an inner drive guiding what they do. Everything is done for survival, protection, or pleasure.
