2. We have been starting to acquire 3 courses and to do practical exercises using MOODLE from September Our main aim was - to participate in a series of three innovative training sections. The group consisted of 20 students altogether, age years.

Improving digital and informational skills of the students using innovative multimedia and mobile technologies.

5. The second course Communication – 28.11.2016. – 20.01.2017.

Form of teaching: 30 – online
The course includes following topics:
the meaning of interpersonal communication
verbal and non-verbal, creating bonds and long term relationships,
barriers to communication
information about professional customer service, how it affects business efficiency and sales process
how to identify the type of customer and how to deal with it, information about social media
traditional and Internet marketing, and innovation in business
Main objective: improving communication skills of students.

7. The third course Business Ethics – 6.02.-17.03.2017.
Number of hours: 30
Form of teaching: 30 – online
The course consists of:
the basic definitions of business ethics
the impact of ethical behavior on the company's profits
who is the manager
what are the areas of management
what role the manager has to fulfil
the types of contracts which can be made by employer
Main objective: business ethics in the company.
