Complete the USAPT online. The building coach will start the process by registering as a user and then complete the USAPT to get the assessment process going. The building coach will then invite team members to complete the USAPT online. Complete the USAPT as a team offline, then enter the data online and view the graphed results. Either way, the team should come to consensus before finalizing the results. The team can then identify areas of strengths and areas for improvement and set priorities.
