1. Condominium Work Order Request Rowell Estates
As a condominium owner the following Work Order Request form is available for your use when requesting repairs to the outside of your condominium based on the May 7, 2003 Declaration of Rowell Estates and the May 16, 2003 By-Laws of the Homer Owners for Rowell Estates.
Please check off the associated box(es) adding pertinent notes if necessary and drop off the work order at the RECA mailbox.
The Board will you confirmation that it is in receipt of your request within 2-days and the Board will authorize the work to be done in a timely manner based on: 1) safety concern and 2)contractor availability.
