Provide a reintegration strategy for chaplains returning or “redirecting” from the ministry field Pastoral care for chaplains suffering “moral injury” from PTSD, combat fatigue, ministry burnout Provide tangible tokens of appreciation to our chaplain families Give our chaplains opportunities to share their sacred stories
