This coaching can be integratedinto the remote working sessions or broken into several separate sessions • If necessary, Jama will work with the core implementation team to ensure it is ready to use by end users,over a small number of remote working sessions  Deliverables • Defined process for creating, relating, collaborating and reviewing requirements (or similar artifacts) usingJama • Initial Jama item taxonomy, project structure, user roles and permissions and item types configured perplan and validated by core team

Once Jama is ready to use, the consultant will lead a remote orientation session to show your teams how touse Jama. Following the session, the consultant will be available remotely to provide assistance in ongoingdeployment activities, best practices guidance to incorporate end user feedback, training and other activities asneeded to support your initial deployment. Deliverables: End-user orientation (1-2 hours delivered remotely) Working sessions/launch support with consultant (up to 10 hours delivered remotely
