If you do not know the PAS number – Enter the date of birth in format ddmmyy here – separators not required Click Search or use the Enter button If this does not return the patient then Enter the first 3 letters of the surname here Enter the first 3 letters of the forename here

The search will produce a list of matches click on Show all to see all matches then click on the hyperlinked number that corresponds to the name of the patient you require WARNING – there may be duplicate records of the patient you want, you may have to select both to check for the results you want. You may not be entitled to see all records depending on your access level. If you believe your access entitlement is wrong please

Check the Status Requested = sample in lab In progress = analysis started Available = result can be seen Check the patient details – ensure that this is the correct patient

To see all the results for this patient click Show all Select result required according to date and time

If you want to see the latest results of this type on this patient select the Cumulative button – see next page If you want to see a parameter graphically click on the test – see page 12

If you want to see all the cumulative results of this type on this patient select the Show all button WARNING – when printing all the cumulative results beware that if there are more than about 12 then they will be truncated on the right hand side of the page. This is an example of a white cell count expressed as a bar chart clicking a particular bar takes you to that individual set of results done on that day WARNING – the x-axis is sequential not spaced over time and the y-axis takes the lowest value as the baseline and the highest value as the top of the graph.
