7 Students Open Chrome and go to Download and Open the Importing Spreadsheet Step 1 on Creating Import Spreadsheet

8 Students Login to either: Edugence Gradebook
Step 2 and 3 on Creating Import Spreadsheet

9 Students Edugence - Turn to the page 2 of your handout and complete steps Gradebook - Turn to the page 3 of your handout and complete steps QUESTIONS – ASK When finished with your first class, complete the rest of your classes.

10 Students Add practice students Find the file titled “Practice” Go to:
Shared Drive District Folder 00_ZipGrade Folder Open “Practice.csv” Copy and paste the student information beneath your last student. Step 14 and 15 on Creating Import Spreadsheet Address students will same ZipGrade ID#

11 Students Save the Excel file as a CSV file. Click File; Save As
Name the file Select CSV from Save as type. Step 16 on Creating Import Spreadsheet

12 Students Login to your ZipGrade account Click on Students
Select – Import Students from CSV Choose File, check the box and Upload. Step 17 on Creating Import Spreadsheet

13 Students Complete the Field Mapping Chart Click when finished
Select ZipGrade ID# Select First Name Select Last Name Select Class Period Select Student ID# Click when finished

14 Students Editing student information Go to Students. Click edit
Make changes Step 18 on Creating Import Spreadsheet Change Julia Drake’s ZipGrade ID# to 11111

15 Students Adding students Go to Students. Click Add New Student
Enter information Do not add anyone at this time.

16 Scan Documents Printing Scan Documents Go to Classes. Enter Quiz Name.
Click on to download file. Step 1 and 2 on Printing Scan Documents

17 Scan Documents Printing Scan Documents
Suggested to print TWO to a page. Step 3 on Printing Scan Documents

18 Key Entry Login to your ZipGrade account on your phone.
Tap on Quizzes at the bottom of the screen. Tap on New at the top of the screen.

19 Key Entry Enter the Name of the Quiz then tap 50 Question.

20 Key Entry Tap the Classes that are taking this quiz. A check will appear beside the classes selected. Then select
