A complement to their salary at the end of each year if their work has been assessed positively

The inspector evaluates the school and sends a report to the Andalutian Evaluation Agency.
Teachers and school must keep a record of their work

The headteacher evaluates the teachers and sends the inspector a final report on the programme
The inspector then writes a final report and sends it to the Andalutian Agency of Evaluation
The Andalutian Agency decides if the objectives of the school have been met.
