6 Fitness Gym Possibility to train:
Individually Guided lessons = by the guidance of a trainer Trainers will help you get started and help you with your workouts PS! No personal trainings!

9 Physical Education First you have to register your course in ÕIS
Code is HSK ECTS For entrance you need ISIC or Estonain Student Card, which you can get from Student Union U Without the card you will not be able to enter the sports hall or attend classes starting from 13.02

11 How to come to trainings? 1
Step 1 – REGISTER IN ÕIS Without registration you will not be able to take part of classes Step 2 – ENTER SPORTS HALL Register your card at the gate ‘Bleep’ nr 1 Step 3 – CHANGE CLOTHES FOR CLASS Sport clothing Workout shoes (you have to have a spare pair for working out only – indoor shoes needed!) Training towel Water bottle

Step 4 – GO TO CLASS Make sure to take your ISIC card, 2nd registration is needed before the class. Bleep nr 2 Step 5 – CHANGE AND SHOWER Step 6 – LEAVE THE BUILDING Make sure to check out in the gates Bleep nr 3 NB! You have to stay in the building at least 60-minutes Gates open 30-min prior and 20-min after the classes start

13 How to get your assessment?
You have to attend classes at least 20 times per semester! After 20 times you can keep training First class has to be checked in before 28th of February 2x per week is optimal You can start collecting credits from 30th of January Full schedule is up and running from the 13th of February There is one extra week after the exam session One day of trainings = 1 time out of 20 No classes during term break

15 When you come to the Sports Centre
Take a 2€ coin with you – needed for the lockers. Make sure you have INDOOR SHOES that you do not wear outside. Get familiar with the timetable. Don’t be late to the class. Keep your ISIC card with you all the time
