2 years full-time** 3-5 years part-time Degree & 2 years managerial/professional experience Graduate Diploma 9-12 months full-time 18 months part-time OR 5 years relevant work experience Certificate 3-9 months Single Unit 11 weeks *Students may apply for up to 4 unit credits for recognised prior learning. Applications are assessed on a case by case basis. **Many students are able to finish the MBA in less than 2 years due to the MGSM’s unique system of 4 terms per year.

For recent graduates and early career professionals. The program is delivered by the same highly qualified faculty as our MBA. Designed to provide deep experiential learning within contemporary business settings and practical application of learning to real and current corporate challenges. Students may apply for up to 4 unit credits for recognised prior learning. Year 1 Term 1 Term 2 Term 3 Term 4 Year 2 = Core Unit = Professional Practice Unit = Elective Unit

12 Professional Practice Unit
Practical experience is further extended through the compulsory professional practice unit. Working with a leading Australian or multi-national company, you will gain exposure to business practices and professional skills needed on your path to future leadership roles. This double unit provides the student with the opportunity to: work on a project with a local or global organisation develop the skills young professionals need in diverse, dynamic and challenging work environments
