1. Lithuania 2016

2. SUNDAY
The expedition to Lithuania began on 17th April 2016 and lasted six days. Covering the distance between Poland and Lithuania took us six hours. After arrival we were taken to our hosts’ homes where we spent the rest of the day.

3. MONDAY
Monday was very busy for all of us. It began with a solemn opening of the event and welcoming guests from Poland, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Italy and Portugal. Then Lithuanians organized some activities designed to break the ice between participants, which gave us the opportunity to know each other and develop English language skills.

4. After a delicious lunch in the school cafeteria, the groups full of energy presented the criteria to be met by packaging products.

5. The Cathedral of Vilnius
In the afternoon, a walking tour of Vilnius was organized, during which we had the opportunity to see the Cathedral of Vilnius, the Bell Tower and many other sights. The day ended with a meeting of all the participants, so that we could share our first impressions.

6. TUESDAY
We spent Tuesday on preparing labels and packaging for products brought from Poland, which we presented later. Then we were divided into two groups. Firstly we had visited the Lower Castle , the former seat of the Dukes of Lithuania and later in the office NIELSEN we were shown how to properly shoot advertisements of our products.

8. WEDNESDAY
On Wednesday we had a day trip to Druskininkai. The first attraction was the vantage point located in the middle of the forest and which reached higher than the trees. The view was beautiful . Then we went to the Merkines Pyramidh, the place of spiritual experience and the center of God's energy. Later, we had a lot of free time to walk around the Grutas Park, which is disclosed in the negative content of the Soviet ideology and its impact on the value system .

9. There we began our task, which was to shoot the advertisement of a particular product associated with apples. After this a guide told us about the resort town of Druskininkai . At the end we went to the forest- Zervynos.

10. THURSDAY
The next day, on Thursday, we went to Anyksciai, where we visited a factory supplying shops with apples. Then we ate lunch and had the opportunity to enjoy the view of The Treetop Walking Path. Then we set off to conquer the rollercoaster, where we had a great time.

11. FRIDAY
The last day of our project in Lithuania was the summary of the whole stay. We had the opportunity to see the results of our work, which was the advertisement of our product made from apples. We heard nice warm words of farewell from our hosts, coordinators and all Lithuanians involved in the project. But our day was not over yet and on our own, together with our friends from the project decided to explore a little more of this beautiful city.

12. In this way, we had a chance for the first time in our lives to see Pilsudski’s heart which is located on a Polish Cemetery in Vilnius. At the end of the day we all met in the pub and celebrated, with sadness, because we had already liked each other for this week.

13. SATURDAY
On the day of our departure we decided together with our hosts that we would be writing to each other and count days until the next meeting. Summing up, the stay in Lithuania was one of the greatest experiences and we wish to have the opportunity to participate in future projects of this type.
