NB19: Jargon (list of 5-10 words) Jargon is the term used to describe those special words used for particular activity or profession. For example, there is sports jargon and medical jargon. Make a list of jargon that you are most familiar with. If you are an athlete, what terms are specific to your sport? For example, would someone who doesn’t play or watch football know the meaning of blitz?
