FABRICATION EQUIPMENTS
One of the most steps of Panel / Substation Box metal fabrication is the final coating. We have a powder coating line that coats our panels / substation boxes automatically to maintain better coating quality finishing and thickness coating.
In our automatic coating line we make chemical pretreatment for our products in order to prepare the surface before coating and to give protection layers of chemicals on the metal before coating.

FABRICATION EQUIPMENTS
We maintain quality of chemical treatment by using best chemical treatment stages and best chemicals from the market. These all together with supervision and control of our QC staff to monitor the process and keeping the right concentrations of chemicals and temperatures needed for the process.

Internal Segregation
The form of separation between these sections may be varied depending on the application to improve the safety level of the panel and are classified below as per IEC439-1 and other national standards.
Busbar Section
Busbar System provides an electrical connection between the main incoming device of a switchboard and the outgoing units. Systems must be designed to withstand the mechanical and thermal loads existing during normal service as well as under fault conditions i.e. earth fault and short circuits.

Cable Section Economizing on space in a switchboard or motor control centre can be detrimental for the people involved in the installation of the equipment. The provision of narrow cable ways leads to higher installation costs, dangerous working conditions and may inadvertently lead to bad workmanship due to lack of proper space. The long term consequences may be higher service time and more downtime.

Switchboards / Distribution Boards Main switchboard and distribution boards may be built up to 8,500 amps rating. Any type of electrical equipment e.g. ACB’S, MCCB’S, switch fuses etc. may be accommodated. Complete from 4 compartments are available as standard.
Power factor correction may be built into the main board or in a separate panel.

PACKAGE SUBSTATION IN STEEL Our package substation are manufacture with galvanized / electro-galvanized steel sheets and electro statically powder coated with RAL 7032.
They are corrosion resistant and are built to withstand environmental temperature, humidity and salinity.
Package Substation in Aluminum Package substation manufactured in 2 and 3mm aluminum sheets and well designed for power supply for small, medium and large industrial plants exposed to high humidity and hostile climatic conditions.

Design & Price Designing and pricing a complete electrical equipment solution from a single line diagram can be very demanding, time consuming and at times an inaccurate task.
To aid this, a complete CAD estimating package is available which will provide professional drawings, material cost, labor time, weight component listing for all electrical panels.
