Overview of Model 3020® R.K.B. high resolution machine vision streak imaging technology provides very accurate, reliable, high-speed, detection of any coating streak or scratch as they occur during web material coating process. This technology can be implemented as stand alone or integrated into any existing web inspection technology for added capabilities. Our streak imaging technology uses specialized CCD streak sensors and proprietary streak enhancement signal processing technologies to achieve high resolution detection of coating streaks and scratches. Our innovative approach provides detection capabilities that are unachievable with phototransistor, laser, line scanning or so called high speed video imaging. Our streak detection technology will detect coating streaks as small as 2 microns wide. This specialized technology will provide production personnel accurate, reliable and consistent streak detection, identification and location at any known production speed, GUARANTEED!

Overview of Model 3020® The 3020 detects most common coating streaks and scratches in all forms of coated material production. The 3020 will provide operational and managerial staff reliable and complete production information on each and every grade or roll of product produced. The 3020 provides historical information on production up to and beyond one full year. The 3020 will inform production staff of problematic areas in their coating processes and pinpoint the location of problematic streaks and scratches. The 3020 will save thousands of dollars per annum in customer claims, lost production, machine down time, quality assurance complaints and mechanical damage to sensitive equipment like soft rolls and printing blankets. The 3020 provide operational staff the ability to eliminate coating streaks before they destroy major production grades.
