Service Sequence Rider referrals are received from community partners
Program sponsor identifies riders and verifies eligibility Approved applicants are notified of services to be provided Riders recruit their own drivers Drivers provide rides to riders

Riders and drivers provide trip documentation to sponsor Reimbursement requests are reviewed and compared to approved allowances Reimbursement is provided to riders Riders pass on reimbursement to drivers

TRIP does not recruit drivers or schedule rides TRIP does not own vehicles Passengers recruit friends and neighbors as volunteer drivers and schedule rides at mutually convenient times Liability and risk are limited because volunteers have an “arm’s length” relationship with the program
