All the juniors were assigned to a Junior Seminar once a week during 3rd quarter. All the lessons are saved in their Naviance folder. Topics covered included:
Explore careers and colleges
Resume Building
Standarized Tests
Creating a College List
CommonApp
College Essay
Letters of recommendations

Do your research, Balancing your list, Academic, Financial, Size/Setting
Develop final list with colleges of each type:
Safety: Chances for admission are strong (Make sure at least one is affordable)
Target: Chances for admission are 50/50
Reach: Chances for admission are less than 50%
