Mediasite Community Meetings: Every week there is a webex meetings where all the schools that use Mediasite calls. We talk about any issues, questions, and success stories that the schools are having. Its a time to share information, lesson learned and any updates that are coming.  Schools find this extremely helpful as they can share what they are currently doing and how they trouble shoot some issues that they may have had. Ask one another questions and experiences.  Other internal Mediasite community meetings arranged as needed (e.g. provisioning automation kickoff discussion) Kaltura Community Meetings: This occurs quarterly or bi-annually Majority to all of the Kaltura users get together with Kaltura to talk about their use cases, issues, or concerns.. They also express their product feature requests that would help them in their workflows Kaltura also gives updates / demos on new features that are releasing or what they are currently working on

22 Standard iSite WG Questions
If staff or faculty in their schools use self-service to create an OpenScholar site, will the school be charged for hosting and support? If staff or faculty in their schools work with the school IT and/or the iSites Migration team to migrate to OpenScholar will the school be charged (or not charged) the same fee for hosting and support? If staff or faculty in their schools work with HWP, what is the cost of migrating an iSite to OpenScholar and are the hosting and support charges (or not charged) the same as for #1 and/or #2? How will schools be billed – who pays for any fees hosting and support, is it the department that has the website, or IT, or someone else? What if students create OpenScholar sites, how do you know which school they come from (they use g.harvard accounts)? Will there be a charge for hosting and support if a school moves an iSite to the Wiki, Google sites, or SharePoint?  What is the status of blogs.harvard.edu?
