 Project Engineer
Work Location: Svoge (Sofia Area)
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing capital investment projects, providing leadership during design stage all the way through implementation phase and execution at highest level of efficiency, quality and safety.
Control of Project cost, ensure project quarter spending according to actual CAPEX plan
Leading site level cross- functional team for successful project execution
Implementing Innovation Initiative Management (IIM) tools for delivering Integrated Supply Chain success criteria
Ensuring successful execution of the projects in accordance with Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S)
Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring solutions are implemented
Preparation of feasibility studies for new projects including proposals for technical solutions and budget estimations.
Identifying cost effective, high savings productivity solutions and developing project in order to improve performance, product quality, safety and sustainability, yield and manufacturing cycle times
So if you feel you can take this challenge on, we need you to have in return:
University Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in manufacturing industry
2+ years of experience in engineering project management
Knowledge of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma would be a plus
Good knowledge of hygienic equipment design and safety requirements would be a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
Proven communication and presentation skills
Time management and organizational agility
Good Bulgarian language skills as well as good knowledge of English is a must
