Transition plan and proposed timeline January 2014 through September 2015

2 On-Campus Coaching’s phased approach
To support sustainable coaching programs on campus and per program design, responsibilities for On-Campus Coaching will transition gradually from the InsideTrack Campus and Training Manager to the UWA Program Manager. Following the 2013 tuning period, the UWA Coaching Program enters these phases: Phase 1 – 2014 Phase 2 – 2014 Phase 3 – 2015 “I do” “We do” “You do” Instruction Guided Practice Independent Practice January-June July-December January-September

3 1:1s Phase 1 Ongoing now Observations Performance Analysis
As in tuning, the Campus and Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of the On-Campus Coaching program during Phase 1. Phase 1 “I do” Instruction January-June 1:1s (Certification) Team meetings (Performance/ Development) Roster management (Excel Tracker) Observations (Recordings) Performance Analysis (Expectations) Implementation (Roles/%FTE, Program Vision)

4 Phase 2 from Summer 2014 Other staff (if/as designated)
In Phase 2, responsibilities begin to transition from the Campus and Training Manager to the UWA Program Manager. Phase 2 “We do” Guided Practice July-December Kenneth Veronica James I’neshia Other staff (if/as designated) Delegated responsibilities

5 Phase 2 from Summer 2014 The Campus and Training Manager’s primary role in Phase 2 is to observe and support the UWA Program Manager, while retaining some program management responsibilities beyond a support capacity. 6 Phase 3 from January 2015 Campus and Training Manager
During Phase 3, all responsibilities will be performed by the UWA Program Manager. The Campus and Training Manager will observe, consult, and continue to be a primary support for program.
