10 Free Softball Clinics All girls, ages 6-12, who are Eden Prairie residents are welcome. No registration is required. Each week will focus on different skills of the fastpitch softball game. Come to one or come to all three. Date Location 8u 10u 12u 03/04/17 Home Turf 1:00 - 2:15 2:30 - 3:45 4:00 - 5:00 03/11/17 03/18/17 Please bring to each clinic: ball glove, bat, tennis shoes, and helmet (if you have)

11/8/2017 Evaluations Date Location 12U 10U 8U 03/26/17 EPHS Activity Center 8:00-9:30 AM 9:30-11:00 AM 11:00-12:00 AM All players encouraged to attend evaluations. Evaluations conducted by outside evaluators All – hitting, throwing, fielding, base running, etc. Additional Skill Position Evaluations for Pitchers/Catchers Registration will allow friend requests If athlete does not attend evaluations, commissioners will determine team placement Team placements communicated by 4/12/17

13 VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS
Volunteer = Fundraising. Concessions are our major fundraiser each year. Each family will be assigned 2-3 volunteer shifts per athlete. Shifts are typically 4 hours. All volunteer shifts are at Miller Park Volunteer assignments will include: Concessions Field maintenance A volunteer optout fee of $200 is available and due at registration. If you do not opt out of volunteer commitments, a $200 check will be collected and held until all commitments have been met. 8u work the Mother's Day baseball tournament -May 6, 7, 8 10u the qualifier June 24, 25, 26 12u state July 8, 9, 10

8U, 10U White, 12U White generally work baseball tournaments May (baseball) June 2-4 (baseball) July (baseball) July (14U NAFA Nationals) 10U Black, 10U Red work the softball State Qualifier tournament + 1 weeknight double header June 26-30 12U Black, 12U Red work the softball State tournament + 1 weeknight double-header July 7-9 You should expect 3 total shifts per daughter in the program. If your shifts are not fully covered by the above tournament dates, you make be asked to work August 3-6 (State All-Star Tournament) 8u work the Mother's Day baseball tournament -May 6, 7, 8 10u the qualifier June 24, 25, 26 12u state July 8, 9, 10
