2 Introduction to MaaS Powered by disruptive technology, MaaS can offer a one-stop access to a range of mobility services with real time information, instant journey planning, booking where travellers can subscribe and pre-pay HowMaaS technology might alter urban transport systems and, in turn travel behaviour, is being highly debated due to the lack of behavioural data and models This project aims to provide an integrated modelling system to study how disruptive transport technologies impact the performance of transport networks, the ways we live, work and travel in the future Having more robust planning capabilities is critical to establish the potential impacts of the new travel options on passenger and freight movements, the environment, the productivity and the well-being of society.
