HOW? AUDITIONS Open to students in grades K-8, parents, staff, and alumni To be on stage… you must audition! Acting Singing Looking for several things… Projection Expression Stage presence Singing ability Melissa

HOW? CASTING Age appropriate – believable
Separate casting decisions are made about parents and children No guarantees, everyone who auditions will not be in the show We do not double cast or have understudies

HOW? REHEARSALS – Phase 1 December (after casting)
Choral/Vocal rehearsals for adults For students… rehearsals during PDT Various evening rehearsals Specifics TBA considering cast Blocking rehearsals Julie

Evening rehearsals March 13th, 14th, and 15th are MANDATORY! Daytime final dress rehearsal March 16th is MANDATORY! ALL performances are MANDATORY!

Realistically… We know that some may have an occasional rehearsal conflict Communication is key! Remember your absence impacts everyone Learn your part Songs, lines, blocking, dances Costumes You may need to provide/purchase items

Audition forms should be received by Thursday, November 10th at 3:35 No student will be permitted to audition without a parent signed audition form Adult forms should be returned prior to or at the time of the audition.
