Code Enforcement Demolition
Demolition Considered Construction – Issued by Public Works Prior Bid Specifications are part of Award documents available online on the City’s website check Commission Agendas for dates July 10, 2013, June 8, 2016, and May 8, 2016 Asbestos Survey and Post Abatement Verification Inspections Identify and verify asbestos containing materials, both friable and non-friable, take samples, and provide written survey report. Contractor MUST be licensed by State of Ohio. Provide Inspections after asbestos removal to ensure all asbestos removed and removal done according to survey report.

Code Enforcement Demolition
Demolition Bids – Continued Demolition Contractor must supply all materials, tools and personnel for the demolition and disposal of residential or commercial buildings or equivalent volume and all associated building material and incidentals thereto. Work includes all demolition activities, excavation, back-fill, site grading, landscaping and seeding.

Code Enforcement Demolition
Demolition Bids – Continued Boarding Contractor must provide all tools, materials and labor to secure vacant residential or commercial structures, which includes garage doors, and cisterns. Contractor shall cut or move any impediment blocking access to said structures, including debris and vegetation.
