2 Introduction Success of a sustainable and diversified biomedical workforce depends on retention of talented academic researchers, mentoring them to independence Need to identify key CTSA KL2 program elements that contribute to success, and share best practices Goals: 100% survey response rate (88.5% to date) Share data for individual vs CTSA-wide benchmarks Disseminate results
