3. What is EZStation?
EZStation is a client software for small and medium video surveillance solutions, such as shops, homes and markets.
It implements various video surveillance services, such as live view, playback, device management, alarm management, video wall,
E-map and so on.
EZStation also integrates various storage functions, such as NVR storage, DVR storage, and EZRecorder. It is applicable for medium- and small-sized video surveillance applications.

5. Basic Components EZStation
Central management, EZStation allows you to configure parameters, maintain the system, and query video records and perform other basic surveillance service operations.
EZRecorder
(optional)
Storage server, EZRecorder receives and stores data from the edge devices and provides VOD (video on demand) services.
EZStreamer
Stream media server, EZStreamer forwards live preview data on a camera if video streams on the camera reach the limit or the network bandwidth is insufficient.

7. Device Management 1. Select “Device Management”.
Remarks:
1. Available from EZStation 2.0;
2. Auto discovery is enabled by default, and will detect online IP cameras and NVRs;
3. Auto discovery can be applied for different network segments under the same switch;
4. Decoders do not support auto discovery, and can only be manually added.

8. Extend Screens for Live view

9. Playback
Select “Playback”, choose the cameras and recording time, then you can see the recordings.
Currently, you can query recordings from a maximum of 16 cameras at a time. If you select more than 16 cameras, excessive ones will be ignored.
1. The Blue bar means general type recording
2. The Red bar means alarm type recording.

10. Alarm management
You can receive real time alarm or search for history alarms and perform different operations.
Attention: 1. You need to load the latest ActiveX as prompted when logging in the first time. You need close the Web browser to complete the installation. 2. You can not login by “admin” on two different place. It means “admin” is unique . 3. To manually load ActiveX, enter /ActiveX/UwareWebPlayer.msi (case-sensitive) at the end of the device IP address in the address bar and then press Enter.

11. Cloud Device Live View
Login EZCloud account to get and view your own cloud devices on EZStation
Remarks:
1. Username and password for cloud login are the same as for mobile app login;
2. The NVRs added in EZView will be automatically synchronized to EZStation;
3. MyCloud Device include added NVRs and IP cameras.

12. E-map Add your own map directly. Icon flashes when alarm happens.
Double-click the camera icon to view video stream.
Remarks:
A sign is shown on the map when an IP camera triggered an alarm. Double-click to view the live video, which is displayed in sub stream.

13. Video wall Bind a decoding output channel to the specified screen.
NOTE:
 By default, the system automatically searches for all online devices on the LAN and updates the list periodically. If you want to search by the network segment, click and select the IP Segment check box.
 You can also click . Then the system searches for all online devices on the same network and automatically adds them to the device list.

Then drag the cameras to the screen and it will show on video wall.
