2 Dear Client Thank you for the opportunity to present our marketing plan for your home at Property Address. The following plan spells out some very important marketing tools that will help give your home it’s maximum exposure. A combination of correct pricing and full exposure is what is needed to bring the highest sale price to you. It takes more than a for sale sign and a MLS listing to get you top dollar. It takes full exposure to make sure I reach every buyer possible, willing and able to purchase your home for the price acceptable to you. My commission rate is 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% there after of the final sale price. You will see with my Marketing plan that no stone will be unturned to find you the Buyer. Or (We have done business in the past I would like to offer you my preferred client rate of 6% on the first $100,000 and 3% there after of the sale price.
